Pre-orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks from the date you place your order, though timing may extend—especially during colder months. Acclimated plants ship in soil or substrate, while bare-root selections are wrapped in moss for transport. 

If you have questions, we’re always happy to help. We package carefully to set the plant up for success, but keep in mind that cosmetic imperfections—like minor bruising or some yellowing—can occur in transit and won’t impact long-term growth. Plant may drop some leaves in transit.
